Ideas for 'Magic' Theme

Some of the members are still a bit worried about what to draw for this year's TDD comic and calendar project. Apparently the theme Magic is a lot harder than we first thought.

Have no fear, people! I, Rina Cat, have provided some more samples! :D

Like I said in the previous post, there are different types of magic. You can either draw something more modern kind of magic...

Or if you're more into the classic fantasy type, you can draw something that actually use real magic. Think of 'the Magic Lamp' and most Fairy Tales. If you want something more medieval type, think of... Lord of the Rings or Dungeon and Dragons.

Or you can even combine both modern and real magic. Harry Potter seems like a very good example. I guess we could also include Percy Jackson series as well.

And there you have it! I hope this post has given you some basic ideas on what to draw now. Until then, see ya in the next update!

Project Doujinshi and Calendar 2012

Fellow TDD members,

For this year's project (both the Doujinshi and Calendar), the theme will be...

...MAGIC!

Now, magic can be either illusions (magicians, magic tricks) or real magic (fantasy, wizards, sorcerers). It's up to you to choose which kind. Just as long your comics are still within the theme.

As for the  Calendar project, the theme is the same as the Doujin project. But remember! The characters must be ALL GIRLS! (as instructed by Mr. AKS)

As for TDD annual dinner, it will be arranged soon. Most probably after Chinese New Year.
